Lead .NET Programmer / Developer
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of programming experience in ASP.NET, ASP, VB.NET or C#, Visual Studio 2003/2005, Web Services, Windows Forms, SQL Server 2000/2005, administering IIS, XML, JavaScript, DHTML.
Should design and code using Object Oriented Programming methodologies. Knowledge and understanding of the various new technologies released/being released by Microsoft ( .NET 3.0 , WPF, SilverLight, XAML, XBAP, Orcas etc.) is a bonus.
Job Responsibilities
Position will include requirements gathering, architecting, designing, coding, testing and maintaining applications. He/she will participate in brainstorming sessions for new product and process ideas. Should be self-motivated, organized and proactive in managing workloads, schedules and responsibilities. Should be able to communicate well, multitask and work with deadlines.

Interactive Designer
Growing marketing firm seeks Flash / Web / Interactive Designer
Interactive Designer will visually conceptualize, create and produce Flash-rich websites, interactive narratives and touchscreen kiosks in both a team environment and independently, providing expertise and creative input through final production.
The successful candidate will have strong visual design ability and extensive experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (with a minimum of basic ActionScript), Dreamweaver, HTML and a working knowledge of CSS.
Responsibilities:
- Design visual interfaces and interactive content screens for websites and touch-screen kiosks using Illustrator & Photoshop
- Assemble designs within Flash, adding motion & interactivity using frame-based animation including ActionScript
- Synchronize visuals with audio. Choose best way to visually represent written content
- Assemble web interfaces within Dreamweaver, integrating stylesheets
- Create or locate project content, including selecting appropriate photos, creating illustrations and animations.
Skillsets Required:
- Strong graphic design ability using color, typography, photos, illustration
- Extensive experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML
Additional skillsets not required but suggested:
- Advanced ActionScript (XML data integration/manipulation, Component customization)
- Photography, corporate video experience, After Effects, 3D modeling
