1515 Wynkoop is a 288,000 sq. ft. office building under construction in the Lower Downtown (LODO) District of Denver, Colorado. Informetrics was engaged to develop Marketing Center Presentations consisting of Dynamic and Commercial Presentations.
Very little "building specific" content was available to work with, consisting of two exterior renderings, an exterior elevation drawing, one lobby elevation drawing, and preliminary floor plans. Informetrics built the presentations around the reasons the building was going to be built: the LODO location, outstanding area amenities, proximity to numerous mass transit alternatives, and a desirable building environment.

1800 Larimer is one of the first major office buildings to be built in downtown Denver in the last 20 years. Incorporating advanced technologies, "Green" building initiatives, and a superior location, Westfield Development and Frederick Ross Company were anxious to tell the exciting story of a coming landmark.
Informetrics worked with Frederick Ross Company’s in-house marketing team to develop a Commercial Presentation to be used in selling the development to prospective tenants and the Denver brokerage community.

PM Realty Group and KBS Realty Advisors hired Informetrics to develop a Commercial Presentation for a Marketing Center in Eldridge Place, a two building, 520,000 sq. ft. office project. In addition to the Marketing Center, Informetrics created a project Website, Space Available E-mail, Display E-mails, and Presentation Boards. After achieving rapid lease up, KBS sold the project to Behringer-Harvard, which continued to use the marketing materials after changing identification of the ownership and agency.

The Offices at Park Ten is a two building, 312,000 sq. ft. office project that engaged Informetrics to create a new Project Website, Commercial Presentation, Space Available E-mail, and Digital Directory system to be used in the marketing of the project. Animated elements of the presentation, as well as the full presentation, were employed in the project Website. The building’s Digital Directory allows viewing tenants, tenant contacts, space available, and the Commercial Presentation on a 40” interactive touch screen installed in each building lobby.

Management constructed a dedicated Marketing Center incorporating a 50" touch screen to allow the agents to use the presentations in conjunction with traditional marketing displays and a large project model.
